By using Local you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Local. You must provide accurate information about yourself.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or impersonation.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or content involving minors.
• No spam, scams, solicitation, or commercial promotion without permission.
• No use of the service for illegal purposes.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited license to host and display it so we can operate the service.

Reporting & safety

You can report or block any user from their profile. We review reports and take action where appropriate. If you ever feel unsafe, contact local emergency services first.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not perform background checks and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
